Even without the use of Photoshop and any manipulations, the way smoke forms naturally is beautiful in itself. Sometimes all it takes is a good high-speed strobe flash and the correct exposure to create an amazing piece of smoke photography.

The Polar Panorama effect looks really like a small planet that have special view of looking, whatever name you prefer, is the technique of taking a 360° panorama image and using Photoshop (or any other decent image editor) and creating a circular or round image that wrap the panorama around to make it appear like a tiny/wee planet.
